  1. Introduction

    In these terms of use, "we", "us" and "our" means Create with Carla. Create with Carla produces and sells a range of stationary products which incorporate artwork and other design elements (Products).

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and activities taking place on the Create with Carla website (the Website) and outline your responsibilities and obligations while using the Website. Please read them carefully.

    We may revise these terms of use from time to time.  We will display a notice on the Website indicating when any such revisions have been made.
  1. Intellectual Property
  1. Create with Carla is the owner of all content and Products on the Website and all right, title and interest in and to the Products and Website vests solely and exclusively in Create with Carla.
  2. Your use of the website or ownership of the Products does not grant you ownership of or any other rights in respect of the Website and Products produced by Create with Carla. You must not use, reproduce, distribute or commercialise any of the content on the Website or Products produced by Create with Carla.
  3. If you purchase Products from the Create with Carla website you are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferrable, royalty free license to use those Products solely for your own personal and non-commercial use.  You must not reproduce, communicate, publish or display the materials outside the Website, except to the limited extent that such use is expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions. Create with Carla grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the Products solely for the purposes of promoting them on social media platforms.
  4. Create with Carla is entitled to use all Products for marketing purposes, regardless of whether it is an existing Product or a bespoke Product created for a client, unless the client has specifically requested otherwise.  
  1. Accuracy of content
  1. While every effort has been made to show as accurately as possible the colours of any content forming part of the Website, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the colour of such content accurately. Further, colours may vary slightly once the Products are printed.  
  2. Once the final Product has been reviewed and approved by you (Final Approval), we do not take any responsibility for spelling errors. If there are any spelling errors that require correction, the cost will be borne by you as the client, unless we made the error following Final Approval.
  1. Minimum Order Quantity
  1. Most Products are subject to minimum order or unit quantities. You may contact us if you wish to purchase less than the minimum order or unit quantity specified on the Website.
  1. Returns
  1. Due to the bespoke and customised nature of our work we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  2. If the Products do not match the Products shown to you for Final Approval, you may contact us to discuss your options.
  3. You may contact us to discuss the possibility of arranging the provision of samples or to meet up if you are local, prior to Final Approval.  
  1. Delivery
  1. Any delivery times displayed on the Website or otherwise notified to you are estimates only, based on the information provided by our shipping company.
  2. The Products will be delivered or provided to the place of delivery you specify when making your order.  We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any Products caused by you providing incorrect delivery details or for our compliance with your delivery instructions (for example leaving any Products outside or unattended).
  3. We will ensure Products are packaged securely. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any Products once they have been collected from our office.
  1. Payment
  1. The Prices for our products may fluctuate from time to time.
  2. When you make an order to purchase any Products you agree to pay the purchase price specified by us at the time of purchase, plus any applicable delivery charges based on the delivery option selected by you. 
  3. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars.  All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable).
  4.  Delivery charges will be additional to any purchase price and notified separately if not shown on the Website. 
  5. You will be required to pay for the goods by the payment methods specified on the Website or otherwise accepted by us from time to time.
  6. We will process the transaction and commence preparation of your order upon receipt of payment.
